These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NewsPulse, including our website at getnewspulse.com and the NewsPulse Android app.

By accessing or using NewsPulse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our service
NewsPulse provides concise news summaries curated from publicly available sources. The Android app displays the same website content in a web view. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Accounts
Some features, such as saving favorites, require a Google account sign-in. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NewsPulse for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to interfere with the service, scrape content at excessive rates, or bypass access controls;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.
Content and accuracy
We work to publish accurate, timely summaries and link to original reporting, but news changes quickly. NewsPulse is provided for general information only and is not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. You should verify important facts with primary sources.
Story images and excerpts may come from third-party sources. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The NewsPulse name, branding, site design, and original editorial summaries are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages and make reasonable personal use of the service.
Third-party services and links
NewsPulse links to external news sources and uses third-party services such as Google sign-in and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.
Disclaimer of warranties
NewsPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
